Lift Irrigation Scheme Construction for Horticulture Lands in Rohru, Shimla HP

The HP Irrigation and Public Health Department, through the Executive Engineer Rohru, is inviting open tenders for the "Providing of Lift Irrigation Scheme for Horticulture land from Dharara Khad to Group of villages in GP Dharara Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla HP." This crucial civil works project, with an estimated tender value of ₹4,95,148 and a completion period of 90 days, aims to enhance horticultural land irrigation in the specified region. Interested bidders must submit their proposals, encompassing tender fee and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹500 and ₹9,903 respectively, through an item rate contract and a two-cover system. Cover 1 will include tender fee, pre-qualification documents such as registration with IPH, income tax, GST, EPF, PAN card copies, and an affidavit regarding near relatives, along with the DSC authorization letter. Cover 2 will exclusively contain the Schedule of Quantity. The tender documents are available for download from September 2, 2026, 05:00 PM, until September 9, 2026, 11:00 AM, with the bid submission deadline also set for September 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will take place immediately after at 11:30 AM at the JSV Division Rohru. A bid validity of 120 days is required. All payments for tender fees and EMD are to be made online.
