Repair and Maintenance of Servo Stabilizers, Panels, and Electrical Equipment in Chandigarh and Ramgarh

The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the Garrison Engineer I R and D Chandigarh, hereby invites open tender bids for the REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF SERVO STABILIZERS, PANELS, CABLES AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS AT CHANDIGARH AND TBRL RANGE RAMGARH. This critical civil works project, with an estimated tender value of ₹26,76,000, has a defined work period of 180 days. The tender documents will be available for download from 30-Sep-2026 at 05:00 PM until 22-Oct-2026 at 06:00 PM. Bidders are required to submit their bids between 15-Oct-2026 at 09:00 AM and 22-Oct-2026 at 06:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for 24-Oct-2026 at 10:00 AM in Chandigarh. A tender fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹53,520, payable to GE I R AND D Chandigarh, are mandatory. The EMD can be furnished through BG/ST, and exemption is allowed. The tender will be submitted in two covers, with the first cover encompassing fee, pre-qualification, and technical documents (including scanned copies of application, tender fee and EMD, enlistment letter, provident fund code number, GST number, and other necessary documents for un-enlisted contractors), and the second cover containing the priced bid in .xls format.
