Outdoor Electric Substation and 11kV Power House Upkeep Services at Hisar Mil Station

The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through GE Hisar, hereby invites sealed bids for the "UPKEEP OF OUTDOOR ELECTRIC SUBSTATION AND 11 KV POWER HOUSE UNDER GE HISAR AT HISAR MIL STATION". This is an Open Tender for Works with an estimated tender value of ₹20,00,000 and a contract form of Item Rate. The work is scheduled for a period of 270 days. Bidders are required to submit bids in two covers. Cover 1 will include the scanned copy of the DD or Banker's Cheque for the cost of the tender (₹500), along with application, enlistment letter and its enclosures for MES enlisted contractors, and GST and EPF registration number of the contractor; or scanned copy of EMD and other documents as per NIT for unenlisted contractors. Cover 2 will contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and the Tender Document. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is ₹40,000, payable to GE Hisar at Hisar. Document download and sale commenced on September 25, 2026, at 06:00 PM and concludes on October 15, 2026, at 06:00 PM. Bids can be submitted from October 09, 2026, at 10:00 AM until October 15, 2026, at 06:00 PM. Bid opening will take place on October 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM at GE Hisar. Bid validity is for 60 days.
