IIM Ahmedabad Campus Construction Project: Main and New Campus Development

The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), a Central Government Ministry/Department, is pleased to announce an Open Tender for comprehensive construction works at its Main and New Campus. This significant project, with an estimated tender value of ₹3,69,24,00,000, encompasses a wide range of construction activities as detailed within the extensive tender documentation. This is a two-cover tender process, requiring bidders to submit Tender Fee and EMD Details in Cover 1, along with all necessary pre-qualification and technical qualification documents as specified in the NIT. Cover 2 is reserved exclusively for the Price Bid. The tender is scheduled to be e-published on October 17, 2026, at 06:00 PM, with the document download and sale period commencing on the same date and concluding on December 5, 2026, at 03:00 PM. The bid submission period opens on November 23, 2026, at 03:00 PM and closes sharply on December 5, 2026, at 03:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on December 7, 2026, at 03:30 PM at IIM Ahmedabad. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹23,600 is payable to IIMA at Ahmedabad. Additionally, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹7,38,00,000 is required, payable to IIMA at Ahmedabad, and must be submitted through accepted instruments. The contract form will be Lump-sum, and the bid validity period is 120 days. All necessary tender documents, including architectural drawings, structural drawings, electrical drawings, HVAC drawings, PHE drawings, facade drawings, FPS drawings, combined BOQs, technical specifications, scope of work, payment terms, and various annexures, are available for download.
