CCTV Surveillance System Installation and Supply for Tribal Education Facilities

The Ministry of Tribal Affairs, through the National Education Society for Tribal Students, is seeking comprehensive proposals for the installation and supply of a robust Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) camera system. This tender, identified by Bid Number GEM/2026/B/8126934 and dated 08-10-2026, aims to enhance security and surveillance across its facilities, with the bidding period commencing on 08-10-2026 at 7:12 PM and concluding on 29-10-2026 at 8:00 PM. The scope of work encompasses the provision and integration of a complete CCTV system, including 4231 units of high-definition surveillance equipment. Specifically, the requirement includes 16-channel 5K Network Video Recorders (NVRs) with 12TB hard drives, 5MP bullet cameras featuring color night vision and 50-meter audio range, and 5MP dome cameras also equipped with color night vision and audio capabilities. Furthermore, the tender mandates the supply of appropriate rack infrastructure for control room operations (9U) and outdoor installations (4U), along with a suite of network and fiber optic connectivity solutions.
