Establishment of IoT OT Product Testing Facility and Security Lab

This includes, but is not limited to, Primary Application and Dashboard Servers, Desktop Servers for testing and sandboxing, LLM Servers for agentic AI-based pentesting, managed switches, next-generation firewalls, UPS with SMF batteries, security analyst workstations, display monitors, ESD safe IoT OT workstations, various connectivity accessories (keyboards, mice, patch cords of different lengths), server racks, data destruction devices (degaussing and storage destruction), Network Intrusion Detection System (NIDS) management consoles and sensor appliances with annual subscriptions, specialized software licenses for three years including Burp Suite Professional, IDA Pro Essential, Metasploit Framework, Nmap Network Scanner, Nikto web scanner, and Hybrid password cracker, along with essential hardware for penetration testing and embedded development such as JTAGulators, USB converters/adapters, Hack RF One SDR, multitools, Raspberry Pis with accessories, USB logic analyzers, and embedded development boards. The tender also requires the provision of a 100 Mbps dual-redundant internet line with static IP addresses for three years, the design and supply of an IoT OT Devices Testing Framework, comprehensive two-year hardware Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and three years of on-site lab technical support with operations engineers.
