Construction of Samaj Sadan Community Centre in R.K. Puram, New Delhi

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through EE-H-Div, is pleased to invite bids for the construction of a Samaj Sadan/Community Centre of Grih Kalyan Kendra at Sector-8, R.K.Puram, New Delhi, scheduled for the 2026-27 period. This comprehensive project encompasses consultancy services for the preparation of a soil investigation report and the subsequent designing and planning of the entire project. The estimated cost for this work is ₹ 28,55,027. Bidders are required to submit their bids by 3:00 PM on November 12, 2026. The tender document download period commences on October 17, 2026, at 1:58 PM and concludes at the same time on November 12, 2026. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 57,101 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer, H Division CPWD, New Delhi. The bid opening is scheduled for 3:30 PM on November 12, 2026.
