AF Station Chabua SMQ Kitchen Upgrade and Allied Works

The Military Engineer Services, under the E-IN-C BRANCH, is inviting bids for the UPGRADATION OF KITCHEN AND CERTAIN ALLIED WORKS IN SMQ AT AF STN CHABUA. This is an Open Tender for Works, with an estimated tender value of ₹43,45,746 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹87,000, payable to GE (AF) Chabua at Tinsukia. The work is expected to be completed within 180 days. The tender documents will be available for download from October 23, 2026, at 04:05 PM until November 13, 2026, at 06:00 PM. Bids can be submitted from November 7, 2026, at 09:00 AM up to November 13, 2026, at 06:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on November 20, 2026, at 09:00 AM at GE (AF) Chabua. Interested contractors must submit a scanned copy of their firm's application on letterhead, a demand draft/banker's cheque, their MES enlisted contractor enlistment letter with appendices, EPF registration number, and GST registration number in Cover 1.
