The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the office of the GE Minniebay, Sri Vijaya Puram, is pleased to announce an Open Tender for a TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICIER WORKS. This significant civil works project, valued at ₹10,00,000 and with a duration of 270 days, encompasses essential artificier works at Srinagar Colony, OTM Accns at Minniebay Pocket, DAD Enclave, and Pereira Enclave, all falling under B/R-II of GE Minniebay, Sri Vijaya Puram (Pincode 744103). The tender process will follow an Item Rate contract form, with a two-cover system for submissions: Cover 1 for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents and Cover 2 for Finance. A Tender Fee of ₹500 is applicable, payable to GE Minniebay at Sri Vijaya Puram, and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹20,000, representing 2.0% of the tender value, is also required, with options for exemption available as per tender documents. Bidders are reminded that Withdrawal is allowed and the bid validity period is 60 days.
