Tender Description for the Development of a Storm Sewer Network Plan for Rudraprayag District

The Chief Engineer, IRD, on behalf of the State Government of Uttarakhand, invites bids from eligible Class A contractors for a comprehensive open tender for the "BASED STROM SEWER NETWORK PLAN FOR RUDRAPRAYAG DIST. RUDRAPRAYAG". This significant civil works project, with an estimated tender value of ₹ 94,65,15,935 and an earnest money deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,89,30,000, aims to establish a robust storm sewer network within the Rudraprayag district. The period of work is stipulated as 480 days.

Bids will be accepted in two covers: Cover 1 for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents and Cover 2 for the financial bid (BOQ). The tender documents, including the NIT and Work Item Documents, are available for download from September 25, 2026, 09:00 AM, until October 15, 2026, 05:00 PM. Bidders are required to submit their bids between October 2, 2026, 03:00 PM, and October 15, 2026, 05:00 PM. The tender fee is ₹ 5,900, payable offline to EE ID RUDRAPARYAG at SBI RUDRAPARYAG. Payment for the tender fee and EMD can be made through Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, or Fixed Deposit Receipt.
