E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the work of "SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P-239 AT 510 ARMY BASE WORKSHOP AND ADDN/ALTN TO CERTAIN TOILET BATHROOM OF HQ 416 ENGR BDE CAMP UNDER AGE B/R-II AND AGE E/M-I OF GE (NORTH ) MEERUT CANTT," as detailed in Tender Reference Number 8575/E8. Interested parties can download the tender documents starting July 10, 2025, at 06:00 PM and must submit their bids between July 24, 2025, at 12:00 PM and July 31, 2025, at 06:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for August 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the office of GE (North) Meerut Cantt, the Tender Inviting Authority. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹96,080 is required, payable to GE (North) Meerut Cantt, along with a tender fee of ₹500. The completion period for the work is 180 days and bid validity is 75 days. This is an item rate contract, and bidders must submit technical documents, including MES enlistment letter, provident fund and GST registration, EMD (if applicable), and other documents as per the MES contract manual and NIT, along with the financial bid in separate covers. EMD through BG/ST or EMD Exemption is allowed.
