Kumarghat MC Area Road Improvement and Civil Works Project

The Kumarghat Municipal Council, a State Government and UT organization, is pleased to invite tenders for civil works through an Open/Advertised tender process. The bidding process will be conducted online, with the Bid Submission Start Date and Document Download / Sale Start Date on 17th October 2026 at 01:00 PM. The deadline for Bid Submission and Document Download / Sale is 27th October 2026 at 03:00 PM, followed by Bid Opening at 03:30 PM on the same day. The period of work is stipulated at 180 days, with a bid validity of 365 days. Prospective bidders are advised to download the tender documents, including the NIT and DNIT, and carefully review the provided Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and other required documentation, such as enlistment, labour license, PTCC, Pan Card, GST Registration Certificate, and GST Linked Bank Account details, all of which should be submitted in a single cover as per the tender notice.
