Load Testing of Industrial Lifting Equipment at TTPS Cooling Water Pump House and Chlorination Plant

Tenders are invited by TNEB Limited, a State Government and UT organization, through CE/TTPS for Miscellaneous Works under the Tender Reference Number CE/SE/O/TTPS/Spec.No.133/26-27. The scope of work involves the load testing of various lifting equipment at the TTPS Operation Circle CAD CWPH II, specifically including a 3 Ton Capacity Electrical hoist in the Chlorination plant, a 10 Ton Gantry crane (Machine No. G 019), a 25/5 Ton EOT crane (Machine No. E 051) at the cooling water pump house II, and a 5 Ton capacity Electrical Hoist. The period of work is stipulated as 30 days, with a bid validity of 90 days. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is ₹1,200, with exemption through BG/ST permitted, and the EMD fee type is fixed. Bids can be submitted starting from 09-Oct-2026 at 03:00 PM, with the submission deadline on 26-Oct-2026 at 02:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on 27-Oct-2026 at 02:00 PM at the O/o SE/O/TTPS. No tender fee is applicable. Bidders are required to refer to the tender documents for detailed NDA/Pre-Qualification requirements, and specific instructions regarding previous experience, ESI, EPF, and GST documentation, which are to be submitted in Cover 1 along with the EMD proof. The financial bid will be submitted in Cover 2. Pre-bid meetings are not scheduled, and preferential bidders are not allowed.
