Mechanized Bagasse Unloading and Feeding Services for TNPL Pulp Processing

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL) is inviting sealed bids for the mechanized unloading and feeding of undepithed compact Bagasse for Bagasse yard operations within the Pulp Process at TNPL Unit-1. This open tender, with reference number TNPL / TOS / U1/262713004205, seeks experienced service providers to undertake this critical operational task for a period of 365 days. Bidders must possess demonstrable experience in providing machinery, including but not limited to, front-end loaders, Poclain, or JCBs, operated by skilled drivers, along with qualified skilled and unskilled labor, for similar industrial operations. Prospective bidders are required to submit documentary proof of their relevant experience, such as Purchase Order (PO) copies and payment receipts, alongside their price bid. The tender process is structured with two covers: Cover 1 will include Fee/PreQual/Technical documents such as work experience proof, TNPL PO first page for registered vendors, or a Solvency Certificate for new vendors, and acknowledged tender documents.
