The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the construction of an Academic Research Block with Food court and Hostel block including development works under Phase-I in IITM Discovery Campus, Thaiyur (Chengalpattu District-603103). This includes the sub-work of providing inspection vehicle services on a monthly hire basis to the EE (Projects) IITM EU Chennai-36 for a period of 06 (six) months. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 3,80,167. Bidders must submit an EMD of ₹ 7,603 via DD, FDR, or TC, in favour of EE C2D CPWD CHENNAI-6.
