Work Description - Selection Of Agency For Providing Auto Tippers/ Hoopers (57 Nos) For Door To Door Collection, Transportation And Disposal Of Municipal Solid Waste Including Their Operation And Maintenance In 10 Ulbs On Gcc Mode Under Cluster-3.

The Director, DLB, Government of Rajasthan, invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced agencies for a comprehensive municipal solid waste management project. This open tender seeks the selection of an agency to provide 57 auto tippers/hoopers for the door-to-door collection, transportation, and disposal of municipal solid waste across 10 Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) within Rajasthan, operating under a GCC (Guaranteed Minimum Consumption) mode for cluster-3. The scope of work encompasses not only the provision of specialized vehicles but also their complete operation and maintenance. The estimated tender value for this project is ₹14,91,36,000, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹29,82,720, which can be submitted through BG/ST or other specified means. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹7,500 is applicable. Bidders must submit their bids in two covers: the first cover containing all technical documents, pre-qualification criteria, and fee details, and the second cover containing the financial bid (Bill of Quantities). Bids must be submitted by September 14, 2026, 03:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for the same day at 04:00 PM.
