Puducherry JIPMER Residential Quarters Electrical Renovation and Energy-Efficient Lighting Upgrade

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its office EE(E)-PONDICHERRY, is inviting bids for a composite electrical works tender, reference number 39/EE(E)(Puducherry)/CPWD/2026-27. Mandatory documents for submission include an Insurance Surety Bond, receipt for EMD deposit, Enlistment Order of the Contractor, a valid notarized affidavit of non-blacklisting (Form G), Letter of Transmittal (Form H), Declaration about site inspection (Form I), Certificate of ERP training, and GST Registration Certificate or an undertaking for obtaining it. The work is to be completed within 15 days from the date of award.
