The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services invites open tenders for special repairs to a boundary wall including barbed wire fencing and special repairs to roads from TAPC to 3DTCR and from P 265 to P 466 under GE I GOS. The Garrison Engineer I GOS is the inviting authority, located at Gopalpur Military Station, PO Golabandha, Dist Ganjam, Odisha 761052. This is an item rate contract. Bids must be submitted between 27-Nov-2025 06:00 PM and 05-Dec-2025 06:00 PM, and will be opened on 08-Dec-2025 11:00 AM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹92,000 is required, payable to the Garrison Engineer I GOS at Golabandha. Key documents required for submission include scanned copies of the tender fee, application, EMD, letter of registration of MES, documents meeting NIT criteria for unenlisted contractors in MES, provident fund code number, GST registration certificate and the completed tender documents excluding the NIT BOQ, along with the BOQ itself. The work must be completed within 180 days, and bids will remain valid for 60 days.
