Bidders are required to submit their bids in two covers: Cover 1 will include Fee/PreQual/Technical documents such as scanned affidavits, registration documents, PAN, EPF, GSTN details, lists of technical personnel and equipment, audited financial accounts for the last five years, details of similar works executed, and current work in hand. Cover 2 will exclusively contain the Price Bid. Bid validity is set at 90 days. All payment modes are to be made online.
