Establishment of Advanced Drone Training Hub with Integrated Technology and Infrastructure

The Department of Military Affairs, under the Ministry of Defence, invites sealed bids for the establishment of a comprehensive Drone Training Hub, as detailed in Bid Number GEM/2026/B/8010198. This significant procurement, orchestrated by the Indian Army, aims to equip a facility with advanced technology and infrastructure essential for specialized drone operations and training. The scope of work encompasses the supply and installation of a wide array of equipment, including Personal Computers equipped with drone simulation software, FPV goggles (EV 800), Radio Master controllers, and 600 VA UPS units. Furthermore, the tender specifies the provision of 4K GPS drones with screen recording capabilities, vital for both day and night surveillance, alongside thermal imaging drones for enhanced operational awareness. The project also requires the installation of a 1.5-ton air conditioning unit with stabilizer and wiring, and a 30 KVA generator with installation and a movable chassis. Essential furniture, such as a 9 x 2.5 ft wooden computer table and computer chairs, will also be supplied. The electrical infrastructure includes electric boards with installation, multiple drone charging stations, and comprehensive 3-phase wiring with DP boxes, earthing work, and installation. Additionally, a dedicated drone and accessories storage cabinet and informative Drone Training Hub LED boards are required. The tender further includes the provision of DSLR D70 cameras with accessories, flexible cabling, and laptops. This extensive project also encompasses infra development and upgradation to ensure a fully functional and modern training environment.
