Comprehensive Facility Repair and Maintenance Services for Indian Army in Bhopal

The Department of Military Affairs, under the Ministry of Defence, represented by the Indian Army, is pleased to announce an invitation to tender for comprehensive repair and maintenance services for its facilities located in Bhopal. This tender, designated as GEM/2026/B/8122661, encompasses a wide array of essential works critical to maintaining operational readiness and a functional environment. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the repair and dry washing/polishing of various sofa sets, the repair and polishing of executive and office tables, and the repair or replacement of non-functioning parts in office chairs. Furthermore, the tender seeks services for the repair and replacement of photo frame glass, fish aquariums, and the repair and painting of three-seater iron benches. Essential technical maintenance is also included, such as the service and maintenance of a 1000 Ltrs per hour RO Water Plant, repair and maintenance of CCTV systems, AC compressor repair, AC re-shifting and general servicing, online UPS repair, and repairs to table lamps, washing machines, refrigerators, water dispensers, audio systems, and a 3 HP mono block pump. Additionally, the tender requires repair of the Glow Sign Board at the Motivation Hall, including repairing SS letters, logos, and lights, as well as the repair and maintenance of bean bags located in the Anti Room.
