Road and Road Furniture Repairs at AGE BRV, MCTE Mhow

The Military Engineer Services, through the office of the Chief Works Engineer (CWE) MHOW, invites bids for the "REPAIR TO ROAD AND ROAD FURNITURE AT VARIOUS LOCATION AT AGE B R V UNDER GE MCTE MHOW". This is an open tender for Civil Works with an estimated tender value of ₹37,50,000, and the contract will be based on an Item Rate form of contract. The work is to be completed within a period of 180 days. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically via two covers: Cover 1 for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents, and Cover 2 for the financial bid (BOQ). For un-enlisted contractors, Cover 1 necessitates documents meeting eligible criteria for class D in MES, scanned copy of DD and EMD of ₹75,000 in favour of GE (MCTE) MHOW, application and affidavit of no recovery outstanding from any Government department, and scanned copies of Provident Fund Code Number and GST registration number. The tender fee is ₹500, payable to GE (MCTE) MHOW. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is fixed at ₹75,000, payable to GE (MCTE) MHOW, and payable at MHOW. Documents can be downloaded from 21-Sep-2026 at 05:00 PM until 14-Oct-2026 at 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 07-Oct-2026 at 05:00 PM and 14-Oct-2026 at 06:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on 16-Oct-2026 at 12:00 PM at HQ CWE MHOW. The bid validity period is 60 days.
