Road Repair and Maintenance in Chetak Complex and OTM Area, Gwalior Air Force Station

The Military Engineer Services, through the office of CWE (AF) Gwalior, is pleased to announce an open tender for the REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF CERTAIN ROADS within the Chetak Complex and OTM Area, under the jurisdiction of GE (AF) ADM AREA at AF STN Gwalior. This vital civil works project, categorized under Roads, carries an estimated tender value of ₹1,05,00,000 and is to be completed within a period of 180 days. Bidders are informed that the tender documents will be available for download from September 10, 2026, at 02:00 PM, with the submission deadline set for October 8, 2026, at 06:00 PM. A mandatory tender fee of ₹1,000 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,80,000 are required, payable to GE (AF) ADM AREA, Gwalior. This is a two-cover tender system, with Cover 1 comprising fee/pre-qualification/technical documents including scanned copies of firm's application, cost of tender, enlistment letter in MES, provident fund code number, GST registration, and any additional documents for contractors below Class 1, or documents meeting MES enlistment for unenlisted contractors. Cover 2 will contain the priced bid. The bid opening is scheduled for October 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM at HQ CWE (AF) Gwalior.
