Fabrication and Commissioning of DM Water Storage Tank for Bina Refinery Steam Generation

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), a Public Sector Undertaking, is pleased to announce an open tender for the fabrication, erection, testing, and commissioning of a DM water storage tank. This vital component is for the 265 TPH steam generation package at the Bina Petchem and Refinery Expansion Project (BPREP) located in Bina, Madhya Pradesh. The bid opening will take place on October 13, 2026, at 03:00 PM, also online. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required for this tender is ₹2,00,000. This tender is structured with two covers: Cover 1 will include pre-qualification/technical documents such as experience certificates, work orders, and audited balance sheets, along with other mandatory forms and declarations.
