The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the Chief Engineer (CG) Goa, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Reference Number: 84054/E8) for the "PROVISION OF DEFICIENT OTM ACCOMMODATION AND SWIMMING POOL AT MAP LAND, CGAE KOCHI." This significant civil works project, located at GE (I) (CG) Kochi, is valued at ₹14,47,00,000 (Fourteen Crore Forty-Seven Lakhs Rupees) and is to be executed under a Lump-sum contract with a completion period of 762 days. Bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹10,48,500 and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹3,000, both payable to GE (I) (CG) Kochi at Kochi, via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. Bids can be submitted from 13-Aug-2026 at 12:00 PM. The technical bids will be opened on 27-Aug-2026 at 12:00 PM at HQ CE (CG) Goa. Proposals must be submitted in two separate covers. The first cover (Fee/PreQual/Technical) should include scanned copies of the firm's application, enlistment letter in MES (along with enclosures), EPF Account No., GST Registration Number, and an integrity pact. Un-enlisted firms must also include a DD for the EMD, an affidavit for no outstanding recovery from any government department, and documents proving eligibility as per MES enlistment criteria. The second cover (Finance) will contain the financial bid (BOQ). The tender will be monitored by Independent External Monitors, Shri Narayan Murthy Ganapathy, IFos (Retd), and Shri Lalatendu Mohanti, IPS (Retd). Bids will remain valid for 90 days from the bid opening date.
