The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the "MOEI AND FANS I/C RMO OF SUB STATION EQPT, WATER SUPPLY PUMP SETS, LIFT, FIRE ALARM AND FIRE FIGHTING EQPT, VRF TYPE AC UNITS, CCTV SYSTEM, UPS, STREET LIGHTS ETC AT EXPORT INSPECTION AGENCY, PANAMPILLY NAGAR, KOCHI DURING 2025-26." Tender reference number is 65/EE(E)-KOCHI/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 17,39,275, and the time allowed for completion is 12 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 34,786 is required, payable in favor of the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, COCHIN CENTRAL DIVISION, CPWD, COCHIN via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC or BG.
