Giridih Municipal Corporation RCC Drain Construction Project

The Municipal Commissioner of Giridih Municipal Corporation, Giridih, Jharkhand, acting on behalf of the UDD Secretary, is pleased to invite applications for an open tender (Tender ID: 2026_UDD_119518_1, Tender Reference Number: UDD/GMC/II/02/2nd Call/2026-27) for the construction of an R.C.C. drain. This critical civil works project, with an estimated tender value of ₹49,25,000, aims to construct a drain from Circus Maidan Corner to Usri River, passing along the boundary of the Indian Statistical Institute, within Ward No. 09 of Giridih Municipal Corporation. The work is to be completed within a period of 180 days, with a bid validity of 180 days. Interested bidders, classified as Class II and III contractors, must submit their bids online through a two-cover system. Cover 1 will comprise technical documents, pre-qualification information, and fee details, while Cover 2 will contain the financial bid (BOQ). A tender fee of ₹98,500 is applicable, payable online. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹10,000 is also required, payable online.
