The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, through the Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch, invites sealed bids for the construction of a Community Sanitary Complex at W.No. 3, near Hadait Khan, Pyt. Buffliaz-B, Block Buffliaz, under the Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM) for the year 2026-27. This is an open tender for Civil Works with an estimated tender value of ₹3,00,000 and a work period of 30 days. The bid submission period commences on 29-Aug-2026 at 06:00 PM and concludes on 08-Sep-2026 at 06:55 PM. The bid opening will take place on 09-Sep-2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch. A tender fee of ₹200 is payable to the Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch. Additionally, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of 2.0%, amounting to ₹6,000, is required, payable to the Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch and payable at Jammu and Kashmir Bank Main Branch Poonch.
