E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Govt. Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "REPAIR / REPLACEMENT TO JOINERY, WALL PANELLING, COLLAPSIBLE GATE, ALUMINUM PARTITION, ROLLING SHUTTER, WINDOWS, DOOR, FALSE CEILING AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT TECHNICAL AREA UNDER GE (AF) SRINAGAR" under Tender Reference Number GE (AF)/SGR-63/2025-26. This is an Item Rate contract, and the estimated tender value is ₹45,00,000 with a work period of 180 days, located in the AOR of GE (AF) Srinagar. The tender documents can be downloaded from 28-Nov-2025 01:00 PM to 18-Dec-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 12-Dec-2025 06:00 PM and 18-Dec-2025 06:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for 20-Dec-2025 10:00 AM at GE (AF) Srinagar. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,000 is required, payable to GE (AF) Srinagar, and can be submitted through BG/ST or EMD Exemption is allowed. The tender fee is ₹500, also payable to GE (AF) Srinagar. Interested parties should submit scanned copies of required documents, including enlistment letter, reclassification/reverification of enlistment, application on letterhead with valid email ID, cost of tender (Demand Draft/Banker's Cheque), GSTN and EPF Code No/Registration. Un-enlisted firms must submit requisite documents meeting enlistment criteria for Class D and Earnest Money Deposit in the form of Demand Draft. Payment can be made via Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft.
