Bitumen Road Restoration and Patching in Shahi Hamdan Lane and Umerabad Sector-2

The EXEN CRD SMC, on behalf of HAUDD and Srinagar Municipal Corporation, hereby invites sealed bids for the "Restoration of Municipal Road 440 rft by way of laying of bitumen from the H/o Rafiq Ahmad Shah and others onwards at Shahi Hamdan lane-2nd and laying of bitumen in patches of the Shahi Hamdan lane road from main entrance onwards at Umerabad Sector-2" (Tender Reference Number: ENIT/54/CRD/SMC/DT.24-08-2026). This is an open tender for civil works with an estimated tender value of ₹6,00,000 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹12,000, which is 2.0% of the tender value, payable to EXEN CRD SMC in Srinagar.
