Special Pathway Repairs at Army Aviation Base Technical Area

The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the AGE I CIF K, is pleased to invite applications for an Open Tender (Reference Number: AGE (I) CIF (K) - 73/2026-27) for "SPECIAL REPAIR TO PATHWAY IN AND AROUND AT TECH AREA OF ARMY AVN BASE UNDER AGE (I) CIF (K)". This vital civil works project, valued at ₹6,21,000, involves a Period of Work of 180 days and requires an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹12,500 and a Tender Fee of ₹500. The contract will be based on an Item Rate form of contract. Interested eligible contractors, as per the Tender Document and NIT, are required to submit their bids in two covers. Cover 1 will contain fee/pre-qualification/technical documents including the scanned copy of an application on firm's letterhead, a Demand Draft for the tender cost, GST registration, enlistment letter (for class E and above, category a(i)), EPF code, and any additional documents as per NIT for un-enlisted contractors, including the Earnest Money in the shape of DD/Banker cheque. Cover 2 will exclusively contain the financial bid in the form of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The tender documents will be available for download from October 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM until November 14, 2026, at 06:00 PM. Bid submissions can commence from November 7, 2026, at 12:00 PM and must conclude by November 14, 2026, at 06:00 PM. The Bid Opening will take place on November 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM at AGE I CIF K. Withdrawal of tenders is permitted.
