Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL), a distinguished Public Sector Undertaking, extends an invitation for a Pre-Bid Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible and experienced firms. This open tender, referenced as TCIL/ITT1/243/2025, seeks to identify and select a qualified backend partner for the comprehensive Operation and Maintenance of the Himachal Pradesh State Wide Area Network.
