Supply and Installation of Cast Iron Antique LED Light Poles for NHPC Chamera Power Station

NHPC Limited, through its Chamera Power Station 1, is initiating a tender for Bid Number GEM/2026/B/8018108, commencing on 25-09-2026 at 10:37 AM and closing on 16-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. This procurement, falling under the Ministry of Power, seeks to acquire and install a total of eighteen (18) units of antique light poles. The scope of work encompasses the supply and installation of antique light poles, specifically detailing two types: poles with one diffuser LED light and poles with two diffuser LED lights, both constructed from cast iron and MS material, featuring the NHPC logo and adhering to specified dimensions of 2.7 meters and 3.7 meters respectively. The tender also includes the supply of associated materials such as 4 Core X 16 sq mm XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminum armored power cable of 1100 V Grade, HDPE pipe of 45 mm diameter, and SINGLE POLE MCB C-SERIES 6 A 240 V 50 HZ 10 KA. Furthermore, the bid covers freight charges, the complete process of laying power cables in the ground including excavation and refilling, and the laying and fixing of the HDPE pipe along with the power cable. The successful bidder will also be responsible for the erection of the pole structures, all in accordance with the provided specifications.
