Work Description - Construction Of Under Ground Electrical Distribution Lines Including Providing Street Lighting And Dismentaling Of Existing Over Head Lines From Main Electrical Room To Various Office Buildings In Main Campus At Centralized Training Centre, Sashastra Seem Bal, Sapri (h.p.)

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the "Construction of underground electrical distribution lines including providing street lighting and dismantling of existing overhead lines from the main electrical room to various office buildings in the main campus at Centralized Training Centre, Sashastra Seem Bal, Sapri (H.P.)". This composite electrical work, estimated at ₹40,81,378, is being tendered under NIT No. 130/EEE/ShCED/CPWD/2025-26. The tender documents can be downloaded from November 7th, 2025, at 05:00 PM until November 15th, 2025, at 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted by November 15th, 2025, at 03:00 PM, and will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹81,628 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG in favor of "The Executive Engineer (Elect.), Shimla Central Electrical Division, CPWD, Longwood, Shimla," to be submitted within the bid submission period as per CPWD guidelines. Bidders must possess a valid CPWD enlistment order in the appropriate class for composite category and a valid electrical contractor license (or provide an undertaking to obtain one). Submission of a GST registration certificate (if applicable), ERP training certificate from CPWD Regional Training Institute (RTIs) or Training arranged by Graduates of ERP Train the Trainers Programme conducted by NCA, Ghaziabad or through any other special training arranged by ERP unit of CPWD is compulsory.
