Work Description - M/r To Dpra At Bemloe, Chotta Shimla And Park Area During 2025-26. Sh:- Provision Of Car Shed And Other Related Allied Works In House Park-4 Area, Khalini Shimla (h.p.)

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the work of "M/R to DPRA at Bemloe, Chotta Shimla and Park Area during 2025-26. SH:- Provision of Car Shed and other related allied works in House Park-4 Area, Khalini Shimla (H.P.)". The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 5,66,924. Bidding will be conducted through online mode, and tender documents can be downloaded starting from November 11, 2025, at 03:58 PM, until November 19, 2025, at 03:00 PM. A tender fee is not applicable, however, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 11,338 is required, payable via DD, FDR, or CDR in favor of the Executive Engineer, Shimla Division-I, CPWD, Shimla. Key mandatory documents for submission include Insurance Surety Bonds, Account Payee Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt, Bankers Cheque or Bank Guarantee as prescribed issued by a Commercial Bank, against EMD, a Valid Enlistment Order of the CPWD registered Contractor in appropriate class of composite B and R category, Copy of receipt of deposition of original EMD to division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD including NIT issuing EE, Certificate of Registration for GST If already obtained by the bidder If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable then he shall scan and upload following undertaking along with bid documents, if work is awarded to me I we shall obtain GST registration certificate as applicable, within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD whichever is earlier, Certificate of ERP (Enterprises Resource Planning) training for enlisted contractors, and SC/ST Certificate if applicable. The work must be completed within a timeframe of 60 days. The NIT/RFP NO is 223/2025-26/EE-I/AE-II/Shimla. Bids will remain valid for 30 days with a bid validity expiry date of December 19, 2025.
