The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for miscellaneous works under NIT No GE/ND-33/2025-26. This tender concerns special repairs to a shed near the football ground, provision of a parking shed near Swastika at Chanakya Bagh Chanakyapuri, provision of a gazebo near the football ground of NCS Chanakyapuri, and special repairs for replacement of old UNSV batteries of a 60 KVA UPS at the NCN Data Centre. Located at GE New Delhi, SP Marg Nar Abhm Gate No 5, Delhi, the project has a period of work of 180 days and a bid validity of 60 days. The tender document can be downloaded starting July 12, 2025, at 6:00 PM and must be submitted by August 2, 2025, at 6:00 PM. Bids will be opened on August 4, 2025, at 9:00 AM at GE New Delhi. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹93,092 is required, payable to GE New Delhi, DELHI CANTT, and an offline payment of ₹500 is required for the tender fee, payable to GE New Delhi, DELHI CANTT. Exemption for both EMD and Tender Fee is allowed. Interested bidders must submit specified documents including application on letter head, DD for EMD, firm enlistment details, GST and EPF registration, details of similar works, and relevant affidavits for un-enlisted contractors, along with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
