The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the "A/R & M/O Honorable Ministers and MoS Bungalows under 4/B Sub-Division of B-Division during 2025-26." This work encompasses ACP sheet work, cupboard installation at Bungalow No. 27 Safdarjung Road, 10 Pt. Pant Marg, construction of a badminton court at Bungalow No. 12 Tughlak Road, and miscellaneous works across various bungalows within Section-II. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 93,19,976 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,86,280, payable online or via bank guarantee. Tender documents are available for download from November 25, 2025, and must be submitted by December 2, 2025, at 4:00 PM. Bids will be opened on December 2, 2025, at 4:30 PM. Interested bidders must possess a valid Civil Category enlistment order copy with CPWD in the appropriate class, GST registration certificate (or prescribed undertaking), PAN, undertaking on structural stability (Form F), ERP Training Certificate, and other documents as per NIT.
