The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of a pantry, changing room, boundary wall, converting an old toilet into a store room, providing and fixing pre-coated galvanized iron profile sheets over existing asbestos sheets, and other miscellaneous civil and electrical works at the Primary Health Centre in Ujjwa, Delhi. The NIT/RFP number for this recall tender is 11/EE/CD-XIV/NIT/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹64,01,614 and the project duration is 6 months. Bidders must submit an EMD of ₹1,28,032 in the form of DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of Delhi Aviation Division. Form A, GST registration certificate, Detail of Agency Form B, Undertaking for site inspection Form C, Registration of ESIC and EPF Certificate Proof of having applied for ESIC and EPF, Copy of PAN card, Certificate of compulsory ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) training issued through LMS of ERP.
