Work Description - Design, Survey, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning And 5 Years Comprehensive Maintenance Of Distributed Grid Connected Solar Pv Systems For Solarisation Of 200 Nos. Grid Connected Agricultural Consumers In 03 Nos. Agricultural Feeders.

The Department of Punjab Energy Development Agency (PEDA), a State Government undertaking, hereby extends an open invitation for bids (Tender Reference No: PEDA/2026-27/10) for the comprehensive 'Design, Survey, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and 5 Years Comprehensive Maintenance of Distributed Grid Connected Solar PV Systems for Solarisation of 200 nos. Grid Connected Agricultural Consumers in 03 nos. agricultural feeders.' This critical "Works" project, to be executed in Chandigarh, aims to significantly enhance renewable energy integration within the agricultural sector through a lump-sum contract. The estimated period of work is 120 days, followed by a five-year comprehensive maintenance phase. Prospective bidders can commence document download and bid submission from July 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM. A pre-bid meeting for clarification will be held on July 24, 2026, at 11:30 AM at the Solar Passive complex, Plot No. 1 and 2, Sector 33D, Chandigarh. The final deadline for document download and bid submission is August 06, 2026, at 05:00 PM, with the technical and financial bids scheduled for opening on August 07, 2026, at 10:30 AM. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹21,800 is required, along with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹47,00,000, though EMD exemption is permissible as per tender conditions. Bids will be evaluated under a robust two-cover system comprising Fee/Pre-qualification/Technical and Finance covers.
