The Chandigarh Administration, through its Engineering department, Construction Circle - II, CP - III, is pleased to invite sealed bids for the Renovation of Rooms (Suite No. 1, 2 and Room No. 101 to 103) at the U.T. Guest House, Sector-6, Chandigarh. This is an open tender for civil works with an estimated tender value of ₹38,94,605 and a stipulated work period of 90 days. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is ₹77,892, representing 2.0% of the tender value.
