Immersive Learning Training Ground Development and Construction

The Department of Military Affairs, under the Ministry of Defence, represented by the Indian Army, is inviting bids for a comprehensive development and preparation project for an Immersive Learning (ILM) practical training ground. This significant undertaking, identified by Bid Number GEM/2026/B/8056850, encompasses the creation of a detailed and realistic training environment. The scope of work includes the construction of a representative grand stand, instructional demonstration models, and various training models depicting essential elements such as buildings, houses, places of worship, police stations, brick kilns, communication towers, observation posts, water tanks, canals, roads, and tracks. Additionally, the project requires the development of representative bridge models, prominent rock terrain features, and detailed trees and vegetation. Integral to the training facility will be landmark identification through instructional sign boards, instructional flex display boards with supporting frames, and boundary demarcation fencing for approximately 160 running meters. The project also mandates painting, marking, finishing, and all associated works as required. Bids for this substantial requirement, with a total quantity of 221 units across various categories, will be accepted from 30-09-2026 at 2:54 PM until 12-10-2026 at 3:00 PM.
