The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the construction of a Hostel Building for Deep Narayan Singh Institute of Co-operative Management (DNSRICM) at Shashtrinagar, Patna, including internal water supply, sanitary installation, drainage, IEI, and other development works such as DG Set, Lift, Solar PV water heating system, and a Fire alarm & Fighting system. This composite electrical work, under NIT number 35/NIT/EE(E)Patna/CPWD/2025-26, specifically covers the SITC of a 125 KVA DG Set. The estimated cost of the project is ₹9,65,654 with a time allowance of 3 months for completion. Bidders must submit an EMD of ₹19,313 through DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer(E), Patna Central Electrical Division, CPWD, Patna.
