The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the construction of a married hostel (RCC structure G Plus 6 with finishing up to G Plus 4) at the extended portion of the land parcel behind the new hostel block in the permanent campus of IIM Bodhgaya, Bihar. This project includes providing drawings and designs for E&M services, plumbing, water supply, sewer lines, and stormwater drainage systems. The NIT/RFP number for this tender is NIQ.05/EE&SM(E)/BGPED/2025-26, and the estimated cost of the electrical works is ₹ 1,72,960.
