E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES invites open tenders for the project involving the Repair/Replacement and Maintenance of unserviceable security lights, street lights, cable junction boxes, poles, cables, painting of poles and other misc street lighting works at X Area, L Area and TP Complex at AF Stn Digaru. The Tender Reference Number is C/8833/E8 of 2025-26. Interested parties can download the tender documents starting from July 18, 2025, 11:00 AM until August 7, 2025, 6:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between August 2, 2025, 9:00 AM and August 7, 2025, 6:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for August 14, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the office of GE (P) AF Digaru, located at PO Digaru, Dist Kamrup, Assam 782401. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹34,000 is required, payable to GE (P) AF Digaru, and a tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable at Sonapur to GE (P) AF Digaru. EMD exemption is allowed. The estimated period of work is 180 days, and the bid validity is 60 days. Tenderers must submit scanned copies of the application, cost of tender fee DD/BC, enlistment letter with updated amendments, GST and EPF registration, and all documents specified in the NIT/tender documents, along with the BOQ.
