The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the construction of non-residential buildings at KLP Patherkandi of 16 BN BSF under SHQ BSF Silchar, Assam, specifically the construction of an Administrative Block, Quarter Guard, Drill Cum Darbar Shed, MI Room (10 Bedded), Magazine, and Perimeter Fencing. This composite work, estimated at ₹26,61,45,624, operates under NIT/RFP NO 20/SE/EE-Silchar/CPWD/2025-26 with a bid type of Percentage. Interested bidders must submit their bids online between November 11, 2025, and November 25, 2025, before 03:00 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹36,61,456 is required, payable in favour of the Executive Engineer-Silchar, Kendriya Sadan, Chirukandi Road, Silchar, Assam, via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC or BG.
