Design and Construction of L-Shaped Technology Block Building at RIE Mysore

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the office of the Executive Engineer, Mysore, invites sealed bids for the comprehensive Planning, Designing, and Construction of an L-Shaped Building within the Technology block at RIE, Mysore. This significant project, valued at approximately INR 50,60,18,876, encompasses a G plus 4 floor structure and mandates an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Mode-I approach. The scope of work is extensive, including the construction of a pump room, internal water supply and sanitary installations, civil external service connections, internal and external electrical installations, a complete fire fighting and fire alarm system, lightning conductors, lifts, an overhead water tank, a septic tank, UPS, an IP-based CCTV system, LAN and networking infrastructure, illuminated signages, a VRV/VRF system, an RO water purifier, and laboratory equipment.
