The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services is inviting open tenders for civil works, specifically for the "REPAIR/REPLACEMENT SUNKEN FLOORS, FLOORING, DADO, SKIRTING, PLASTERING, PLINTH PROTECTION CONNECTED PLUMBING AND SANITARY FITTINGS ETC IN INS CIRCARS,COMMAND SWIMMING POOL, ENC (O) MESS, NOI, SAILORS INSTITUTE UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE (NB)". This item rate contract, referenced as C/8530/25-26/E8 TOKEN 51 OF 2025-26, is valued at ₹44,95,000 with a work completion period of 270 days. Bids must be submitted between July 14, 2025, 06:00 PM and July 21, 2025, 06:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for July 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the office of the Garrison Engineer (Naval Base) in Visakhapatnam. A tender fee of ₹500 and an earnest money deposit (EMD) of ₹89,900, equivalent to 2.0% of the tender value, are required. EMD exemption is allowed through BG/ST. The tender requires submission in two covers: one for technical and pre-qualification documents, including enlistment details, EMD, and GST registration, and the second for the financial bid (BOQ).
