Comprehensive Surveillance System Installation and Control Room Infrastructure Upgrade

This tender, issued by the Department of Military Affairs under the Ministry of Defence, on behalf of the Indian Navy (Bid Number GEM/2026/B/8005698), seeks comprehensive supply, installation, and commissioning services for a sophisticated surveillance and control room infrastructure. The procurement, which runs from September 28, 2026, 3:50 PM, to October 8, 2026, 4:00 PM, encompasses a wide array of high-resolution cameras including Megapixel WDR 6MP IR MFZ Bullet Cameras, Megapixel WDR 6MP IR PTZ 30X Optical Speed Dome PTZ Cameras with 25X Digital Zoom and 4.00MM-180M lenses, and 6 Megapixel Full HD Vandal Dome Cameras with 12X Optical Zoom lenses and multiple streaming capabilities. Supporting this camera network will be a 64-channel NVR featuring 8 SATA ports, 32Mbps incoming bandwidth, 160Mbps outgoing bandwidth, and ONVIF protocol compatibility, along with Device License (DL) for Video Management Software. Essential storage will be provided by 10 TB SAS 7.2K HDDs. The control room will be equipped with 55 4K Smart LED Commercial Monitors, a 1.5 Ton Split AC, and a 2 KVA UPS. Network infrastructure includes 8-port PoE outdoor rugged switches with two SFP ports, 6U racks with accessories, 2.5 sq mm 3-core power cable, CAT 6 cable (boxes of 305 meters), 12F SM armoured OFC cable, PVC casing capping, and HDPE pipes. The scope of work further extends to the installation of power accessories, laying of CAT 6 and power cables, excavation and refilling of soil for cable laying as per regulations, and comprehensive installation and commissioning of all supplied equipment. The total quantity for this comprehensive project is 13716 units.
