TENDER FOR SPECIAL REPAIRS OF BUILDING NO. P 139 CHENAB AND ALLIED SERVICES AT NAUSENA BAUGH, VISAKHAPATNAM

This tender is invited by the Chief Engineer, Navy Visakhapatnam, on behalf of the E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department. The work involves Special Repairs of Building No. P 139 Chenab and its allied services, located at Nausena Baugh, Visakhapatnam. The estimated tender value for this project is ₹7,49,00,000, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹6,99,500 and a Tender Fee of ₹3,000. The work is expected to be completed within a period of 365 days from the date of commencement. This is an open tender with an item rate form of contract. Bid submissions can commence from November 10, 2026, 09:00 AM, and must be completed by November 17, 2026, 06:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on November 25, 2026, at 09:00 AM at the CE Navy Visakhapatnam office. The bid validity period is 90 days.
