The Department of Military Affairs, under the Ministry of Defence, through Hqids and the office located at ***********North And Middle Andaman, is hereby inviting bids for the "Fabrication supply and installation of flag point" as detailed in Bid Number GEM/2026/B/8014971. This tender, dated 09-09-2026, will commence on 09-09-2026 at 12:10 PM and will conclude on 24-09-2026 at 1:00 PM. The scope of work encompasses the fabrication and installation of a decorative brass anchor at the flag point, including comprehensive polishing and final finishing. Additionally, the project requires the provision and fixing of a decorative chain around the outer perimeter of the flag point, complete with necessary hooks. Successful bidders will also be responsible for the supply and installation of a stainless steel pole or support structure around the flag point, tailored to the proposed design. The tender further includes the supply and installation of a single flag mast, standing 25 feet in height, with a suitable base fixing. Finally, all transportation, installation, and service charges for the fixing and final commissioning of the entire flag point assembly, for a total quantity of five units, are to be covered.
